Sudoku variants: killer, jigsaw, thermo
Killer, jigsaw, X, thermo, arrow and the rest — Sudoku with an extra rule on top.
When to open this page
Come here after plain Sudoku feels automatic. An extra rule (cages, odd regions, a thermometer) changes the path; it is not just a harder classic. Watching CTC take a grid apart teaches more than generating a hundred blanks.
A sensible order
Killer and X sit closest to the classic board. Jigsaw, arrow and thermo next. Stacked-rule monsters can wait. The Chinese variant boards update often; solutions usually drop into f-puzzles or SudokuPad.
Tools live elsewhere
To build or share a grid, use f-puzzles and SudokuPad on the solver page. This list is for sites you can play on.
Order
Daily fresh grids and rules written in plain language sit first. Generator dumps without a rule page sit later.
